Thank you for supporting Beyond The Veil Farms! Once your online order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package every step of the way.
📦 Track via Your Order Confirmation Email
The fastest way to track your shipment is through the email we sent you when your order was fulfilled. Look for a message with the subject line "Your order is on its way" — it includes a real-time tracking link from the carrier.
🔗 Track via Your Account
If you have an account with us, you can view your order status and tracking details anytime:
- Log in to your account at shopbtvfarms.com/account
- Go to Order History and select your order.
- Click the tracking number to see live carrier updates.
📬 Check Your Order Status
Don't have an account? No problem. Use the link in your order confirmation email to view your order status page, which includes fulfillment updates and your tracking number once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Timeframes
Most online orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. You'll always receive an email notification as soon as your order leaves our farm.
