I was experiencing brain fog and just happened upon a farmers market where I met a kind man from BTV. After his brief personal experience share, I purchased a bottle. The following month I added it to my monthly coffee order. I no longer feel like I’m suffering from brain fog. I believe it’s also contributed unintentionally to more restful and sound sleep patterns. I did briefly try another brand while waiting for my order and quickly switched back to BTV.
Lions Mane seems to help my cognitive abilities
